You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent and to provide the customer information used by the Service.

Critik helps you request reviews from real customers, reply to reviews, and improve local visibility. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies, including Google's review policies.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business and customer information you provide and for obtaining any consents required to contact your customers.

We do not write fake reviews, purchase reviews, or gate reviews. We only request feedback from your real customers.

You agree not to incentivize, coerce, or fabricate reviews through the Service. We may refuse or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our refund policy.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. We may change our fees with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including interfering with its operation, attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, sending unsolicited communications, or using the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Critik and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for the term of your account. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific review counts, rankings, or business outcomes, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Critik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any business reason with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
